Pretty in Pink at Indianapolis City Market in October

As a part of the Croptober celebration at Indianapolis’ City Market, U-Relish Farm, in partnership with Eel River Marketing, has planned a strut for the survivors of breast cancer and a memorial to those lost to breast cancer on Saturday, October 20th.  A tree lighting ceremony will begin the event and take place on the West Plaza of City Market at 11:00 a.m.  A memorial bell ringing is planned for 1:00 p.m. in the Main Market Hall by the Clarks Demonstration Kitchen, and a door prize giveaway will conclude the event at 1:30 p.m.  This charity event will benefit the Pink Ribbon Connection of Indianapolis.  Donations are encouraged and appreciated.

Croptober is a promotion celebrating the new artisan and gourmet retail shopping at the City Market;  Chocolate in the Spirit, Emily’s Market Street Produce, Fermenti Artisans, and U-Relish Farm have invited the Farmer’s out of the barn for a Bazaar on Saturday October 13th and Saturday, October 27th from 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.  Expect the unexpected as we celebrate non-food products from the farm.  A Bazaar petting farm will excite children of all ages.
