Fishers Community Chorus (FCC), an all-volunteer, all-adult choir, will be providing a harmonious early start to the holidays for the patients, visitors, and staff of Community Health Network’s 82nd St campus in Castleton. A portion of the choir will be performing at both the main lobby of Community Hospital North on December 5 and 7, from 10 am to 11 am, and in the main lobby of the neighboring Heart and Vascular Hospital from 11am to noon. Hospital guests are encouraged to sing along.
“We are immensely privileged to have found so many musically gifted people who are so passionate about sharing those gifts with others. We find ourselves constantly seeking new opportunities to engage people through song,” said Marc Feeney, Vice President of Fishers Music Works and acting FCC manager. “When we were presented with the chance to partner with Community North for the holidays, it was a natural fit for us. It provides us with a holiday experience that all musicians live for, and it helps us reach other citizens who might enjoy themselves in this group we’ve assembled. We hope that we can bring a little cheer to those who are spending this holiday season away from their homes.”
