“Flood watch in effect for most areas through 7 AM Sunday. Locally heavy rainfall today and tonight. Two to three inches of rain with locally higher amounts are expected across central Indiana by Sunday morning. This rainfall will exacerbate existing flooding and increase the potential for significant river flooding. Never drive through flooded roads – turn around, don't drown! Scattered thunderstorms are possible by tonight. A few severe storms possible mainly south. The good news is dry weather will return Sunday and Monday.”
