Heavy snowfall rates are expected Monday afternoon through early Monday night, with treacherous travel conditions arriving for the evening commute. Also, winds are expected to be strong later this evening and tonight further endangering travelers with blowing and drifting snow as well and lower visibilities.
A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for all of central Indiana for heavy snow. An additional 6 to 10in is expected.
