Clouds will increase through the day today with a few light showers mainly over the lower Wabash Valley.
As low pressure approaches tonight into Monday, more widespread rain will encompass central Indiana late tonight and Monday.
As surface temperatures fall into the upper 20s and lower 30s across the northeast half of central Indiana during the predawn hours Monday, a wintry mix will develop with sleet and perhaps freezing rain. This may produce a light glaze on elevated surfaces, but roads throughout the area and travel are not expected to be impacted.
Precipitation will transition to all rain by Monday afternoon and continue through early Tuesday before ending.
Dry and milder weather returns on Tuesday.
