Widespread rainfall will move into the area this afternoon into this evening, with the most intense rainfall after midnight tonight through Thursday morning.
Rain will continue through Thursday and taper off Thursday evening. 1-2+ inches of rain are expected, which will likely result in renewed minor flooding on main stem rivers, and nuisance flooding in low lying or poor drainage areas. A few storms are also possible, but not expected to be severe.
Thursday will be breezy, with gusts of 35-40 MPH common.
