Widespread rain and perhaps a few rumbles of thunder can be expected today into this evening across central Indiana, along with strong gusty winds as high as 40-50 MPH at times across portions of the area.
A wind advisory is in effect 8 AM – 8 PM today along and north of a Terre Haute to Greensburg line.
Rainfall will come to an end by around midnight tonight, with dry and gradually warming weather through the weekend into early next week.
The next chances for rain will come Tuesday into Wednesday of next week.
