Westfield schools reintroducing mask mandate

Jan 6, 2022 (WTHR) – In line with previously released protocols, Westfield Washington Schools is bringing its mask mandate back. All but two schools in the district reported positivity rates above 1.75%. The mandate will go into effect Friday, Jan. 7, 2022.

Committee amends, approves bill limiting vaccine mandates

January 7, 2022

Jan 6, 2022 (WTHR) – Indiana lawmakers decided to amend and move forward a bill that will end the public health state of emergency and limit workplace vaccine mandates.

The House Employment, Labor, and Pensions committee reviewed three amendments for HB 1001. The 13-person committee passed two of the three amendments and voted to move the bill forward. It will now go to the floor for a vote, which could happen as soon as next week.
