Vocational Strength – An Indiana Conference for Women Interactive Webcast

The Indiana Conference for Women will host an interactive webcast featuring a discussion with women who work in traditionally male-dominated industries such as automation, plumbing and heating and manufacturing on Thursday, Sept. 9 at 6 p.m. The webcast will be moderated by Andrea Schwartz, dean of the School of Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering & Applied Science and associate professor of agriculture at Ivy Tech Community College-Lafayette.
The panelists, selected as experts in their fields include:
- Kristie Chinn, CEO of A&A Custom Automation, Inc.
- Beth Rovazzini, president and owner of B&W Plumbing and Heating Co, Inc.
- Leah Curry, president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indiana, Inc.
The Indiana Conference for Women rescheduled its 10th annual conference to Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021 and continues to host webcasts and other events throughout the year.
