INGREDIENTS: 2 parts AppleApple ¾ part fresh lemon juice ¾ part Simple syrup Dry red wine float INSTRUCTIONS: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass except for red wine. Shake and strain over ice into a martini glass. Carefully layer red wine on top. Serve in a cocktail glass.

INGREDIENTS: 3 parts chilled Ruffino Prosecco 1 ½ part apple cider 1 part ginger liqueur Glass: Flute Garnish: Apple slice INSTRUCTIONS: Combine ingredients into a flute. Lightly stir and garnish with a thin apple slice.
