Teenage drivers and parents are invited to visit the Dreyer & Reinbold’s MINI, BMW, and Infiniti car dealerships that have joined together to host a FREE distracted driving clinic for teenage drivers this Sunday, July 1, 2012 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. The Miles Ahead Teen Driving Intensive, a post-driver license training program for teenagers based at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, will create and execute a distracted driving course in a Dreyer & Reinbold parking lot at the northwest corner of the I-465 and Keystone Avenue interchange on the north side of Indianapolis.
In addition to the distracted driving course, a presentation on the dangers of distracted driving will be made by the Miles Ahead instructor team, led by 7-time Indy 500 veteran and company co-founder, Stephan Gregoire. Miles Ahead instructors riding with the teenage drivers through the course will be internationally accomplished race car drivers, including Stefan Wilson, a 2-time Firestone Indy Lights race winner from the 2011 season, Dillon Battistini, a 4-time Firestone Indy Lights race winner, and Stephen Simpson, a Firestone Indy Lights, A1GP and American Le Mans Series driver.
John Collins, Sales Manager for Dreyer & Reinbold MINI, says, “We’re very excited to welcome Miles Ahead to the Dreyer & Reinbold MINI, BMW and Infiniti dealerships for this fun and informative event. Dreyer & Reinbold MINI has supported the Miles Ahead Teen Driving Intensive at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway from the beginning.
