The Meridian-Kessler Neighborhood Association (MKNA) celebrates its 40th annual Home and Garden Day Tour, Saturday and Sunday, June 8 and 9, 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The Tour is one of Indiana’s largest and oldest tours of vintage homes, offering guests a view of unique architecture, innovative interior design and recent renovations.
Homes on Tour – This year’s Tour features 7 homes and gardens in one of the city’s most historic neighborhoods. Tour homes are selected for their interior and exterior design as well as their distinguishing architectural elements. Tour proceeds support MKNA and its revitalization efforts.
Celebrating 40 Years – For 40 years, the Home and Garden Day Tour has showcased hundreds of homes – from large, prestigious estates to cozy bungalows and cottages. For 40 years, visitors have enjoyed strolling the tree-line streets, enchanted by the neighborhood’s historic charm and by the wide variety of beautiful homes and gardens that remain classic today. For 40 years, visitors have observed firsthand the pride and passion Meridian-Kessler residents feel for their homes and neighborhood as they walk through the Tour’s meticulously restored and preserved homes.
