Carly Rae Jepsen’s performance time at the 2015 Chase 500 Festival Kids’ Day has been moved to 11:30 am. The change in performance time has been made out of an abundance of caution to ensure that Jepsen, the headline performer at Kids’ Day, will have adequate time to perform her full set without the threat of severe weather. Other performance times of Kids’ Day entertainment have changed and the updated event schedule is included below.
The 500 Festival will continue to closely monitor the weather conditions over the hours leading up to and during the event. 500 Festival officials may cancel, delay or change the event and/or entertainment schedule in case of extreme weather or conditions that may affect the safety of the participants. In the event of cancellation, the 500 Festival communications department will notify local media of such changes. Changes will also be communicated via the 500 Festival’s social media using the hashtag #500KidsDay.
