In just four and a half hours after going on sale, tickets are sold out for Zoobilation 2016!
For three decades, the Indianapolis Zoo has hosted one of the Midwest’s wildest and most anticipated black-tie fundraisers. In honor of its 30th anniversary, guests are invited to enjoy a wild evening of indulgence during Zoobilation 2016 presented by Indianapolis Power & Light Company.
This year’s theme, Keeping It Wild, celebrates 30 wonderful years of partying for animal conservation. Attendees can don their best animal-print attire for a luxurious evening highlighted by decadent foods, top-shelf beverages and amazing music, all set against the backdrop of the Zoo’s incredible animals and exhibits.
The Premium Experience will offer a limited number of party goers early access to the event plus other exclusive benefits, including opportunities to interact with some of the animals Zoobilation supports. In addition, these guests will enjoy priority parking, an arrival gift, access to the air-conditioned Oasis Lounge in the Dolphin Pavilion and more.
Throughout the evening, patrons will sample a diverse selection of culinary creations from 70 of Central Indiana’s best eateries, all vying for the coveted blue ribbon awards as well as the people’s choice award. In addition, attendees will sip on cocktails, wines and other drinks served at 13 different bars, with beverages sponsored by Republic National Distributing Company of Indiana. The night will be filled with the sounds of live entertainment presented by Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, featuring eight rocking bands and one of Indy’s hottest DJs.
Attire for Zoobilation is black-tie and all guests must be 21 or older. General admission tickets are $250 for Zoo members (limit four) and $275 for non-members. Premium Experience tickets are an additional $200. Tickets are non-refundable.
Zoobilation guests experience the party of the year while also supporting the Zoo’s animal conservation mission. In 2015, this lavish event raised $2.2 million to help fund the care of the Zoo’s nearly 1,400 animals and 31,000 plants as well as its global conservation initiatives.
