Earlier this morning, 02/14/2017, Regina Williams brought Parker Williams into the Indianapolis City County Building and surrendered peacefully. The child is alive, safe, and in DCS custody. Regina was later transported to the Arrestee Processing Center for booking.
The IMPD would like to thank our Law Enforcement Partners at the federal, state, and local levels for their assistance in this investigation. If anyone has information on criminal activity, they urged to contact Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at (317)262-TIPS(8477). Information given via Crime Stoppers should be considered anonymous.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Person detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 5-month-old Parker Williams and his mother, 37-year-old Regina Williams.
The child is a ward of the state and was taken by the mother on 02-08-2017. The child has recently suffered a bilateral skull fracture and could be in danger. Regina has an open warrant for child neglect. It is believed Regina has fled with the child to Louisville, KY area and possibly driving a 2001 Mercedes-Benz model C300 with Indiana plate number WJY311.
The child is described as being 24″ and 15lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is urged to call the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at (317)327-6160 or Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at (317)262-TIPS(8477). Information given via Crime Stoppers should be considered anonymous. This release may be updated as more information becomes available.
