Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Person detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing elderly woman.
Just after 9 p.m. on 03/30/2017, officers with the IMPD were dispatched to the 800 block of Cloudywing Dr in reference to a missing person report. Responding officers met with the complainant who advised that 81-year-old Patricia Pickett left and had not returned home.
Missing Persons detectives were notified and began their investigation. Detectives learned that Pickett was last sighted in the area of 30th and Riverside at approximately 5 p.m. and was headed towards Meridian St.
Pickett is described as a white female, 5′ 6″, 130lbs, gray hair and hazel eyes. She uses oxygen and may have the beginning signs of dementia. She may be lost, or confused on how to get home after she went out last night. She is able to drive and is Driving her white 2004 Chevy Cavalier with Indiana disabled plate# D420FM
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Patricia Pickett is urged to contact 911 or the non-emergency line at (317)327-3811. This release may be updated if more information becomes available.
