Losantville – Last night around 11:30 p.m. a Henry County man was arrested on a felony warrant after he was located hiding in a shed at a residence in Losantville. An Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Trooper had received a tip that a man wanted on a warrant was hiding out at the residence located at 109 Cherry St. in Losantville.
The felony warrant for the man had been issued out of Henry County as a result of an ongoing drug investigation by the Henry County Drug Task Force. After receiving the tip on the man’s whereabouts, further information was developed and a search warrant for the residence was obtained.
Last night at 11:30 p.m. the Meth Suppression Trooper, along with members of the Indiana State Police Swat Team served the search warrant and located the wanted man hiding in a shed on the property. Arrested was Jeffrey L. Guffey, age 47, on a warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine, Level 6 Felony. He was lodged in the Henry County Jail.
