INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Homicide detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 47-year-old Alfred Osborne of Indianapolis.
Osborne is wanted on charges of being a Serious Violent Felon in possession of a firearm. He is also believed to be involved in the shooting death of 21-year-old Lance Washington on March 29, 2017.
Osborne is believed to be armed and dangerous. If you see him, DO NOT APPROACH. Dial 911 immediately. If you know of his whereabouts and wish to remain anonymous, please call Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at (317)262-TIPS(8477).
