It’s true, the chains keep on rattling into the north side suburbs of Greater Indianapolis.
Portillo’s, the fast casual concept known for its menu of Chicago-style favorites, has announced more details on its newest location at 9201 E 116th St. in Fishers, IN.
“Over the years, we’ve had a lot of requests for expansion in Indiana,” says Portillo’s CEO Keith Kinsey. “At Portillo’s, we’re lucky to have a passionate fan base throughout the state, and in the Fishers’ community in particular. Our team is excited to bring a new location to Central Indiana.”
The 9,000 square foot restaurant will have seating for more than 200 guests and feature a Prohibition-themed interior, drawing décor inspiration from the 1920’s era. In addition, the restaurant will include a seasonal outdoor patio and a drive-thru.
Portillo’s classic menu items include Chicago-Style Hot Dogs, Italian Beef Sandwiches, char-grilled burgers, fresh salads, and Portillo’s famous Chocolate Cake.
