The Fountain Square Music Festival will take place on Friday, March 25 and Saturday, March 26 in Indianapolis, Indiana. This year’s festival will include a series of concerts over two days at various venues throughout the popular Fountain Square neighborhood, including the Fountain Square Theatre, The Hi-Fi, The White Rabbit Cabaret, Pioneer and at Joyful Noise Recordings. All participating venues are within a few blocks of one another.
The 2016 Fountain Square Music Festival will feature headlining slots by Thurston Moore Group and Andrew W.K. The lineup will also include an eclectic lineup of rock, hip-hop and world music artists including Kishi Bashi, Kimya Dawson, Surfer Blood, Andrew Belle, Mexican Institute of Sound, Lil Bub, Helado Negro, Reptar, Jad Fair, Stranger Cat, Serengeti, Yonatan Gat, Sound of Ceres, Mathaius Young, Ghost Gun Summer, SM Wolf, Sweet Poison Victim, Maxie, Flaco, Jefferson St. Parade Band, plus many more. The festival will also feature numerous local artists who call Central Indiana home.
