Families are invited to enjoy a fun, exciting spring tradition featuring a special appearance by the Easter Bunny at the sixth annual Indianapolis Motor Speedway Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 26, 2016.
Participating youngsters may also enjoy inflatable bounce houses, a slide, an obstacle course and music and games with the IMS Road Crew. Get ready for an event not to be missed!
This free event is open to the public and will take place from 9 a.m.-noon in the N Lot in the middle of the IMS infield. The general public will enter IMS through Gate 2 from 16th Street. Parking is free. Children age 12 and younger can participate in the Easter Egg Hunt which begins at 11 a.m.

The Easter Egg Hunt will be conducted in age-specific areas with thousands of eggs available to participants. Youngsters with eggs are encouraged to take them to the numerous candy redeeming stations on the grounds to receive their goodies. Each age group should also be on the lookout for a special “lemon,” with the finder receiving a prize from local organization “Lemonade Day.” Lemonade Day is a program teaching kids how to start, own and operate their own business: a lemonade stand.”
This year, IMS will be collecting supplies for local schools. Parents are encouraged to consider making a donation including items such as printer paper, note paper, pencils, dry erase markers, calculators, spiral notebooks and 2-pocket folders
The event will take place rain or shine and Indianapolis Motor Speedway Kids Club membership information will be available. The schedule:
