The showers will be ending by early afternoon over northeast sections and sunshine will be increasing from west to east.
It will be breezy and much cooler with afternoon high temperatures in the middle 50s to lower 60s and northwest winds gusting to 30 MPH.
Dry and cool weather will continue into Thursday night before warmer temperatures arrive this weekend.
The next chance of showers will be Saturday night with chances lingering into next Monday.
