Any holiday that falls on a weekend will not be observed, therefore, trash will be on a normal schedule for Christmas 2022.
Indianapolis trash pickup will run on a normal schedule for the weeks of December 19-23, 2022, and December 26-30, 2022.
UPDATE: NO FRIDAY, DECEMBER 23, 2022 TRASH COLLECTION
For the safety of the trash collection crews, solid waste operations will not be conducted on Friday, December 23, 2022.
Indianapolis residents who receive trash collection on Fridays should expect to have a double collection on Friday, December 30, 2022.
