Escape to St. Nick’s Lodge

This December, the Northside location of Indianapolis’ favorite Harry & Izzy’s is trading its sleek steakhouse vibe for flannel shirts and fairy lights with the return of St. Nick’s Lodge – a fully enclosed, heated terrace transformed into an elegant alpine-inspired pop-up that feels like Santa’s personal après-ski cabin.

From November 28 through December 21, the terrace becomes a snow-dusted winter retreat complete with frosted evergreens, candlelit tables, twinkling lights, and the unmistakable scent of pine and warm spices. It’s the perfect excuse for a grown-up night out: no kids, no chaos, just holiday cheer in a sophisticated, cozy setting.

The star of the show is a festive cocktail lineup designed for sipping by (imaginary) firelight. Expect smoked apple butter old fashioneds, spiced rum creations, decadent Ghirardelli hot chocolates laced with liqueurs, and bright sparkling drinks topped with Champagne. Non-alcoholic mocktails are just as thoughtful for anyone taking it easy. Pair your drinks with Harry & Izzy’s signature shareable appetizers and small plates – the full dinner menu remains available inside the main restaurant if you want to make it a complete evening.

St. Nick’s Lodge is strictly 21+, open Thursday through Sunday from 4 p.m. until close. Reservations are strongly recommended (the terrace books up fast), though a limited number of walk-ins are welcome when space allows.

Whether you’re kicking off the holiday season with friends, planning a low-key date night, or just looking for the most Instagram-worthy hot toddy in town, St. Nick’s Lodge delivers all the magic of a winter getaway – no plane ticket or snow boots required.

Book your spot now at harryandizzys.com or by calling the Northside location. The North Pole has never felt so close to 86th Street.

Quick note: the Lodge will be closed on Thursday, December 11 for a private event.
