Join the Team: 2026 Indiana State Fair Job Fair

The Indiana State Fair is hiring for the 2026 season. We are looking for energetic, hardworking individuals to join our team and help deliver the “Greatest 15 Days of Summer.”
The 18th Annual Indiana State Fair Job Fair will be held:
- When: Thursday, June 4, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Where: Agriculture/Horticulture Building, Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center, 1202 E. 38th St., Indianapolis.
Attendees can complete applications and participate in on-site interviews, receiving priority consideration. We are looking to fill approximately 800 seasonal roles, including parking attendants, gate staff, security, operations team members, tractor shuttle operators, information booth assistants, and education exhibit guides.
“Every great Fair experience starts with great people,” said Mark Anderson, director of human resources at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center. “Our seasonal team helps create the energy, hospitality and memories that guests look forward to each summer.”
Applicants are encouraged to bring a resume, though previous experience is not required.
For those unable to attend the job fair, walk-in applications will be accepted starting June 8 at the Employment Office inside the Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
