Charles W. Burton, 28, of Tell City, Airlifted Following I-65 Crash

Tuesday afternoon, at approximately 4:00 pm, the Indiana State Police was called to a five vehicle personal injury crash on I-65 Southbound near the 48-mile marker in Jackson County, Indiana.

ISP Conducting Death Investigation Near Crothersville

On Thursday, May 11, 2017, the Indiana State Police responded to a report of a deceased person at a residence on County Road 500 South, just north of Crothersville, Indiana. During the course of the investigation, a Crothersville woman was arrested for Obstruction of Justice.

James Beard, 53, of Ray City, Georgia, Seriously Injured in I-65 Crash in Southern Indiana

A 2009 Ford Escape being driven by James Beard, age 53, Ray City, Georgia was traveling northbound on I-65 near the 38-mile marker when, for an unknown reason, the vehicle left the roadway and entered the median of I-65. After entering the median, the vehicle struck the cable barrier before overturning and coming to a stop.
